Specification

The Q1 is a passive 2-way loudspeaker housing two 10″ LF drivers in a dipole configuration and a 1.3″ HF compression driver mounted in a doughnut-shaped waveshaping device. With a fixed horizontal dispersion pattern of 75 degrees down to 400 Hz and a vertical HF dispersion of 15 degrees, Q1 can be used in vertical columns to produce a well-curved wavefront. The cabinet has a mechanical and acoustic design that allows the vertical radiation angle to be set from 0 degrees to 14 degrees. The Q1 cabinets can therefore be used in vertical configurations starting with two cabinets of 15° to 30° dispersion, and up to 20 can be configured according to user and venue requirements. The Q1 cabinet is constructed from marine plywood, has two built-in handles, and has an impact-resistant paint finish. The front of the cabinet is protected by a sturdy metal grill covered with replaceable acoustically harmless foam, and the rear has two EP5 (or NL4) connectors wired in parallel.
